Somerset Park Campgrounds are located centrally between Brisbane, Toowoomba and the Sunshine Coast. Ensuring close proximity to Queensland’s main centres and we are just a short 20-minute drive from Esk, Toogoolawah and Kilcoy.
We are idyllically situated along the edge of the Stanley River, where you can camp on our grassy sites. We offer powered and unpowered, for a quiet and enjoyable stay amongst natural vegetation and wildlife.
Offering an ideal getaway for water sports enthusiasts, freshwater anglers or those just wanting to relax and unwind amongst nature. Catering for families and large groups of campers.
Somerset Dam is one of the region’s 12 key water storages and also one of the most popular recreation destinations in the area.

Types of Camp Sites
At Somerset Park Campground we have the following camping arrangements available:- 10 powered sites
- 60 drive-on non-powered sites
- 7 tent sites
Our sites vary in size and can cater to anywhere between 2-6 people per site, to suit all travelers. Be sure to specify what you are after when booking so we can cater to your requirements.
Please note: During the christmas period we have a 7 night minumum stay, and during the easter period we have a 4 night minimum stay.
